Remsol, the sustainability and CSR consultancy based in Preston, Lancashire, has introduced a new Affiliate Scheme that offers paid rewards for successful referrals.
Affiliate marketing is not a new phenomenon, and is common in a number of industries including in the insurance sector. It works by rewarding one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought by the affiliate’s own marketing efforts.
The Remsol Affiliate Scheme is aimed primarily at accountancy and legal practices, although is open to other professional services businesses too.
John Kersey (pictured), Non-Executive Chairman at Remsol, explains: “Aiding growth through improved sustainability and CSR performance is at the heart of what we do. Accountants and business advisors, that are similarly engaged in helping their clients to grow, can now add even more value by introducing them to our Sustainability and CSR Performance Review.”
Accountants like the ‘Big Four’ have themselves branched-out into sustainability consultancy in recent years, with KPMG, Deloitte, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and EY all launching their own in-house divisions.
“Responsible business is increasingly recognised not just for its positive social and environmental impacts, but for its impacts on the bottom line, which is clearly why the Big Four have added sustainability consultancy to their offerings. Smaller accountancy practices that want to replicate this are unlikely to have the necessary expertise or means to acquire it, but still recognise the added-value on offer. By teaming-up with Remsol as part of our Affiliate Scheme, they can effectively add another string to their bow when it comes to attracting and retaining clients.”
The Remsol Affiliate Scheme is also likely to appeal to PR and communications specialists that will be eager to introduce their clients to the reputational gains that can stem from improved sustainability and CSR performance.
Affiliates that join will be paid for each referral that results in a successful online purchase of Remsol’s Sustainability and CSR Performance Review.
