Today saw the Remsol quarterly employee engagement survey launched. It will be used to identify how sustainability and CSR affect employee engagement and productivity.
Speaking about the survey, managing director Lee Petts said: “There are dozens of reports and academic essays out there that all point to a strong association between a company’s sustainability and CSR performance, its ability to attract top talent, and the level of employee engagement it benefits from.
“The intention of our quarterly survey is to track these sentiments over time in order to identify trends and better inform employers about the advantages that sustainability and CSR bring, based on empirical, primary research.”
The current iteration of the survey is open until 25th August 2017.
Survey respondents can enter a free prize draw to win a £30 gift voucher to spend on a range of eco-friendly gifts at protecttheplanet.co.uk
The results of the Remsol quarterly employee engagement survey will be published online and available to download a month after each survey period closes, with the first results expected to be available at the end of September 2017.
