Remsol has never struggled to understand, anticipate and meet the changing needs of its clients.

In fact, we have always prided ourselves on our ability to put our clients first and focus on fulfilling their wants, needs and expectations of us - regardless of the type of service we are providing, from outsourced waste management to sustainability consultancy.

We recognise that meeting client wants, needs and expectations is absolutely central to delivering a high quality service that is valued by our clients and that means they will continue to rely on our services for many years. 

In order to embed the principles of quality in all that we do, we have joined the British Quality Foundation and are in the process of improving our management systems to focus more on arrangements for assuring quality.  It is our adopted policy to ensure that our arrangements for quality meet the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and, in early 2010 we anticipate that our documented management systems will be externally accredited to this internationally recognised standard.
