The first in a series of four linked, totally FREE breakfast seminars at which we'll be showing businesses how looking to waste could be a valuable source of savings (and, hence, extra profits) in these difficult economic times.
Unwanted waste is the common enemy of businesses all across the UK. An expert in stealth, it seeks to undermine competitiveness and erode our profits. Our waste management 'bootcamp' series for SMEs will arm delegates with the weapons they need to wage war on waste in their own organisations - and win!
Presented by a mixture of Remsol and external experts, the four sessions are aimed at providing businesses with ideas, inspiration and some handy tools for implementing changes to the way they manage their wastes that will hopefully enable them to extract long-term value.
In this first session, we'll be covering key topics focused on minising waste and getting your waste handling infrastructure right.
08:00 - 08:30 Registration and breakfast networking
08:30 - 08:55 Creating less waste
09:00 - 09:20 A "Lean" approach
09:25 - 09:35 Motivating your team to deliver
09:40 - 10:00 Getting the right infrastructure
The session is FREE to attend for SME business owners/managers and includes light breakfast, hot drinks, delegate notes and bags of opportunity to network with others businesses facing the same challenges as you.
These events are being brought to you by Remsol Limited in association with the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce.
